I WAS SUPPOSED TO STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS WITH MY HUSBAND FOR OUR 10YR ANNIVESARY BUT AFTER TAKING A SHOWER AND A NAP I WOKE UP ITCHING WITH RED BUMPS ALL OVER MY BODY!! I called down to front desk to let them know, woman answered and said we don’t have anymore rooms AVAILABLE BUT WE CAN GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT FOR YOUR STAY! 3 minutes later the night manager said they have a room they can switch us to(AFTER BEING TOLD NOTHING ELSE AVAILABLE) he came to our room with a new room key and once there I had to lay down AND WOKE UP A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER STILL ITCHING SO INSTEAD OF SLEEPING IN THE ROOM MY HUSBAND I DECIDED IT WOULD BE BETTER/SAFER TO SLEEP IN OUR RENTAL CAR IN THE LA QUINTA PARKING GARAGE (DURING OUR 10YR ANNIVERSARY) WOKE UP IN THE MORNING TO GO TALK TO THE MANAGER (MICHEAL) WHICH WAS NO HELP AT ALL.
He took photos of my bite marks and told me someone would get a hold of me. After I explained I needed a refund to get another hotel room especially since we didn’t even stay In the room more than A couple of hours but he didn’t care and kept telling me someone would be in contact with me. the staff and MANAGEMENT were not helpful!! So no w here I am almost 4 weeks later with no refund, still taking meds because I had a allergic reaction to the bites and had to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM ON vacation and my family Dr when I got back home…

I am highly upset and agree with you ladies. Ideal Image is a RIP off. The company and consultants are falsely advertising their products and laser removal. Before I signed up I ask the sales woman “what if it doesn’t work do I still qualify for treatments? Are these extra treatments included in the price?” The consultant explain to me and my boyfriend at the time that if hair starts to grow back that extra treatments are available at no cost. How I know because I asked the woman several times if there is a extra cost when the hair grows back. She also tells me this is a lifetime guarantee contact. All lies again. In fact you do have to pay more out of pocket. Plus before I received my last treatment. I waited to see if the hair will grow back. Of course it did. Especially my upper lip and chin area. I’m very disappointed in Ideal Image.

On a continual basis i order merchandise for my business and fedex seems to always never make the delivery. I have to go to the main office to do the pick up myself due to missed or failed delivery on the drivers part. I have actually sat in front of the delivery location multiple times waiting for fedex to show up and no show, but i’d get a text stating the delivery failed. To pick up at their fedex center which is more than 30 minutes driving.

The Salvation Army USA — The Manager accused me of stealing.
11-11-2019 I was at the registered checking out, when the manager ran over and told the cashier that the price on the coat was incorrect. She further explained that she was the one who priced the coat. I replied that the coat was torn and that a salvation army worker was called from the back and she had re-priced the coat. The cashier confirmed that that was the truth. Then the manager proceeded to say was I going to pay for the hat that I was wearing. I told her that I came in the store with the hat on. I was at the salvation army two weeks prior. She said that I didn’t come in wearing the hat, because she seen me enter the store via cameras that are in her office.
I told her I was wearing a hood, and she couldn’t have seen me on any cameras because I walked passed her and she and some other employees were trying to get a bird out of the store. She continued to humiliate me arguing and so forth. She then asked me for a receipt for the hat. I couldn’t produce my receipt at the time, but I purchased the hay with my debit card. I have never been so humilated in my life, I deserve an apology, and she needs more customer service training. She had even threathen to call the police on my boyfriend, because he asked her a question about me stealing the hat. I’m taking my story to the news. I will be stopping back at the salvation to show my purchase via my debit card. I have donated and shop with the salvation army for years, but after that performance from a manager I will no longer visit any salvation army stores.

Yesterday was Remembrance Day so I sat down to use my family Netflix account to watch WWII in Colour. My expectations were high due to being a legion member and history buff. After watching 7 episodes I was disgusted and enraged. For a program offered on a Canadian program, it did not mention my influential country once! The British Air Force was trained on Canadian soil but this was completely left out! All of the Canadian impact on the war and influence was labelled under American or British deeds in this series! As a Canadian I am disgusted at this American propaganda peddled off as entertainment or historical fact! This is insulting to my country, veterans and naive Canadian youth whom may mistake this garbage for accurate fact.

A technician came out last weekend and determined that there is a leak in my refrigerant lines somewhere, and that some of my ductwork has separated and is in need of repair. Today I called Choice Home Warranty, to find out why the tech has not returned to fix these issues, and I was told that they DO NOT cover the problems at hand. I would appreciate an explanation from someone, why these issues are not going to be addressed. I just purchased this home in July and purchased this Home Warranty, for this very reason ! Please respond quickly as it has turned very cold now with a system in need of repairs badly. Thank You

Had service for 11 days. Never worked. Spent much time on the phone and meeting technician. Last visit was Sunday, within 2 hours service didn’t work. Called and set up appt. soonest was five days. Informed company that if it wasn’t operable after this visit I would have to cancel as this was a rental home and I was getting daily phone calls from tenant. Your representative threatened me that just because service didn’t work I would still be billed after cancellation. After thinking about this I cancelled so come and get me. You know how it goes… make one customer happy they yell no one, make one customer unhappy the tell everyone.
