I just talked with Ray at Dish Network and was told to call the President to report a Dish technician for the use of illegal drugs. The technician’s name is Patrick Rael Griffin of Heber Springs, AR. He bragged about using clean urine from an anonymous person to pass his drug test and carrying clean urine with him so if he has to take a drug test he can pass it.
